Cooking suggestions
Grill: Preheat to medium-high and cook 10–12 minutes, turning frequently until internal temp reaches 160°F.
Pan-sear: Add a little oil in a hot skillet; cook 8–10 minutes, turning to brown evenly.
Bake: Place on a rimmed sheet at 375°F for 18–22 minutes, turning once.
Simmer first for 5–7 minutes in beer or broth for extra tenderness, then finish on the grill for char and texture.
